If you read the guidelines, it is clear, any answer or question is in violation of the guidelines. Isn't that neat.

I have a friend of a friend who works there, he says, almost all violations are the result of a complaint, 99.99%.

Take a look at who asked the question first, most often it is them, then look at the other lunatics who answered. You will find who is complaining. Most often they have multiple IDs, because they are often cancelled quite quickly. Look for those who do not answer questions and have less than 500 points.

Tell us who you think it is.

i guarantee you dont live in Ireland. i am an irishman, and wheras i support irish republicansim, i don't believe in a socialist Ireland, so therefore i don't agree with the PIRA, if thats who you are talking about. Got to admire the CIRA and the RIRA tho for keeping the IRA alive after the Provos sold out. I think that grass roots groups, continuity and grass roots republicansim is our new answer, which Plastic paddy "irish" americans dont seem to understand is just what the IRA means for the Irish man and woman, because, and now lets be honest, Irish Americans aren't irish.

You can't reclaim the media until you reclaim the political process. George Bush has destroyed this country, and has turned our 'Fourth Estate' into nothing more than a puppet for his puppet regime (that's really controlled by Big Dick Cheney).

There is nothing wrong with same-sex marriages. I feel that marriage should not be subject to the church then, if the church feels that they can restrict who gets married.

In truth, religion isn't required to be married so why are gays being excluded?

And the legal ramications of two people not being allowed the rights under marriage is basically an atrocity. The surviving spouse can literally lose everything that they couple has built together because the law doesn't necessarily recognized common-law unions in all states.

This world should honor the agreements of all couples on this earth. End of it.

To cause pain to people due to beliefs or idealisms is truly hate disguised as trying to make the world perfect in your eyes.

And to answer question part 2.

It would make no difference to me, it would make a difference to them and that's why I would be at the wedding throwing the birdseed and wishing them the best.

i would vote for them to get married, who are people to deny someone love.

those ssc that live together and get married has nothing to do with traditional marriages.
those that pry and try to impose their idiotic beliefs on others has issues in their lives that they need to address.

i cannot believe that this is an actual issue. who cares who loves each other. what if we come up laws that dictate who they can marry.

States differ on this issue, but generally speaking;

1) No, it was not his residence. Gene was an intruder. castle and retreat do not come into play.

2) Mistake, doesn't work either because of his own negligence, he was intoxicated and because of such made the mistake of entering the wrong home.

That's a good question. And an easy one to answer. The single most important, vital thing to do is to just talk about this stuff.
Not online, but in the real world. With family, and friends, and co-workers, etc. Even though the Zogby poll shows that a full 50% of Americans believe that something very, very wrong has happened in this country on and since 9/11, it's still a very, very hard thing for people to talk about. The media has people so well conditioned to accept the official line on things and denounce everything else as "wack job conspiracy" that people are afraid to speak their mind. If all of this stuff simply came out of the back closets and internet chat rooms and quiet whispers, and instead was discussed at the family dinner table, or Starbucks, or in classrooms, or at cafeteria tables, etc., we'd be in infinitely better shape. It doesn't take long. I'd suggest that people call into their local radio morning shows on the way to work or school, write a quick letter to the editor of your local newspaper, give a presentation in class, etc. Simple little things like that go a long, long way, and they take very little time.

It take only ten minutes to write a letter to an editor of your newspaper, but that letter can be seen by thousands of people, especially if you live in a big city. But again, the single most important thing is to talk about these things. Talking has the ability to make things real and concrete. It's not an easy subject to talk about, believe me I know, but you'd be shocked as to how many people are already harboring the exact same feelings and doubts inside. If it becomes part of regular discourse EVERYWHERE, than the talking-heads and mass media can longer pretend like it's some kind of a minority belief, especially when all polls show that it's the majority opinion. It genuinely seems like things are getting urgent. If everyone puts 10 minutes a day into discussing the harsh reality of what's going on in America, there can be a HUGE difference made – massive. What's happening in this country simply COULDN'T happen if Americans didn't sit idly by and let it get worse by the day.

Rome fell because its people were too soft and unmotivated to stand up for themselves and instead trusted that someone else was taking care of their problems.

And America succeeded 230 years ago because citizens took action themselves.

God Help America.
